Overview:
This workshop is named Trusting Youth as it looks to instil real and lasting trust in young people. By trusting youth, not only do we provide them with the environment they need to thrive, we also put in place the environment needed for society to benefit from their skills and experiences. This course will equip you with the practical tools and resources needed to create and sustain such an environment in your service.
Learning outcomes:
- How to work with young people with an Advantaged Thinking approach
- How to build trusted connections and working relationships with young people
- To work with young people to build trust and empower young people to increase their sense of self-agency
