Building personal resilience and actively focusing on wellbeing can help to make those stressful times more manageable, and enables individuals to emerge with renewed strength and positivity. It can be difficult for staff to find time to support their wellbeing, particularly when they need it the most. This workshop can help.

In this workshop, we focus on creating a personal toolkit to deal with stress. This practical approach leaves participants with tangible tools and approaches they can use in their day to day working lives. Increased resilience for your staff can support your organisation to work more effectively during difficult periods, and help ensure that young people continue to receive excellent support.

Learning objectives:

  • Understanding stress and burnout
  • The principles of personal resilience
  • Personal reflection
  • The elements of a resilience toolkit
  • Creating your resilience toolkit
