The Foyer Federation is seeking young people aged 18-25 to join its Board of Trustees and have a decisive impact in the management of the organisation. A core part of our 2021-24 strategy is our commitment to growing youth influence in the charity at all levels, from co-production of programmes to making crucial decisions about how the organisation is run.

With young people’s influence at Board level, we hope to bring a new perspective to discussions and ensure that the views, experiences and ideas of young people are always central to any decisions made about the Foyer Federation and our work. We hope to be positively challenged and stretched, as well as inspired by the energy and motivated by the drive of those Trustees aged 18-25.
