This September the energy and enthusiasm at our Investor Inspire Days was incredible! We shared two inspirational days with our investor members: Your Housing Group, Swan Housing Association, YMCA DLG, YMCA Derbyshire and SAHA. Together we bonded through laughter, shed a few tears, and most importantly we exchanged insights and strategies on how to provide the absolute best service to our young people.

During the event we delved into a series of workshops that centred around the theme of 'People of Purpose: Building and Sustaining an Effective Advantaged Thinking Workforce'. We had the privilege of hosting three brilliant speakers; Jen Birch from YMCA Milton Keynes shared her experiences of leading an Advantaged Thinking team, Matt Boyd from Exceptional Individuals offered invaluable insights into neurodiversity and inclusive recruitment practices, and Keely Siddiqui Charlick from Sunnyside Rural Trust shared her journey of changing the culture within her team.

We’re proud to work with our investors who share our vision for a better future for young people and have the passion to work alongside us to achieve it. Investor Membership is open to organisations who have the ambition and drive to do more for young people experiencing homelessness. Find out if your organisation could benefit from becoming an Investor Member on our website here

Meanwhile, we're already counting down the days until our next gathering!
