Open letter to the Chancellor on the role of the Third Sector

ACEVO, the Association of Chiref Executives of Voluntary Organisations, have sent a joint open letter to the Chancellor with 261 signatories from charities, Housing Associations, community organisations and social enterprises across the UK. The letter calls for a high level summit to discuss the role that Third Sector organisations can play in delivering significant savings and higher success rates through detailed local knowledge, building social capital and providing holistic, personalised services.
